I have created a simple scrapkit with basic shapes like circles and rectangles so that you can have a go at making your own templates. As you get to know PSP you're more likely to be able to add glitter and funky effects. Now the things in the scrapkit are very, very simple but with your creativity you will be able to make fantastic templates and tags to be proud of.
I haven't managed to make a preview yet so if someone would like to have a go and then pass it to me I will use it as the preview image.
